Two men wearing motorcycle helmets robbed a store in Brighton at knifepoint on Saturday (7).
Police said the pair entered the Sainsbury's in Carden Avenue, at around 9.30pm.
The suspects, one of which was armed with a knife, demanded cash from the tills.
They made off with a small amount in the direction of Carden Crescent, the same direction they approached the store from.
According to officers, a member of staff was left very shaken but unhurt.
