Three Arrested Following Suspected Firearm Incident In Bognor

Police were called to Station Road in Bognor Regis at around 2pm today (July 3) to reports of a man behaving suspiciously in a property.

A member of the public reported seeing what they believed to be a firearm.

Officers attended and closed the road to help ensure the safety of the public.

Two local men were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of a firearm with intent and remain in police custody at this time.

Three suspected firearms have been recovered from the property and are being assessed to determine if they are live.
