Two men and a boy arrested after Horsham assault

Police investigating an assault in Horsham have arrested three people. Officers said one man in his 60s and another in his 30s suffered cuts and bruising to their faces following an incident in New Street on Monday (September, 2). Officers were called to reports of a verbal and physical altercation involving a group of five people at around 11pm. A 21-year-old of no fixed address has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm, and obstructing or resisting a constable in execution of duty. While an 18-year-old man from Horsham was arrested on suspicion of affray and possession of a class B drug, and a 16-year-old boy also from the town has been arrested on suspicion of assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm.
