A service vehicle belonging to the ambulance service in Sussex, together with at least one car belonging to a SECAmb staff member, have had their tyres slashed in Durrington.
Police have confirmed they are now investigating several reports of overnight tyre slashings on parked cars in the Durrington area since the beginning of December.
So far six such reports have been received, all relating to vandalism between 4 and 6 December.
One vehicle was parked outside the SECAmb station in Yeoman Road overnight from December 3rd to 4th.
The service said police patrols have been briefed and are paying extra attention to the area.
Officers asked that anyone seeing suspicious activity should dial 999 at once.
