Ukraine Donations Centre Opens In Bexhill

A firm of psychiatric and psychological experts has opened its doors in Bexhill to become a donation centre to help displaced Ukrainian people in Poland.

Expert in Mind, who have won awards for their 'medicolegal' services, will be sending donations to Poland in two weeks time.

Case Management Team Supervisor, Shyann Weeks said:

"The Ukraine crisis touched us all but particularly hit home for our company director as her father was born in Lviv, then moved to Poland, in 1920 and he and his family had to flee their home with just a suitcase when it was bombed at the start of WW2.

"We as a team want to take the opportunity to help as many people as we can, especially as it seems history is repeating."
