UPDATE: Three Men Wanted After Man Suffers Serious Injury In Brighton Attack

Three men still sought by Sussex Police

Investigations to identify several men allegedly involved in an attack on a man in Brighton continue, with police now seeking three people.

Sussex Police said late on Wednesday (August 9) that they had arrested one further suspect, and identified two further men that officers wish to speak with.

Police wish to locate three further men, who officers believe might hold "key information".

The investigation follows an attack in which a 31 year old man received serious facial injuries in an incident near the Railway Bell in Surrey Street, Brighton, around 10.45pm on Friday March 3.

On July 31, police arrested a 44 year old man from Brighton on suspicious of grievous bodily harm with intent.

He has been released on bail until October 26 while enquiries continue.

Anyone recognising the men police wish to speak to can report online, or call 101 quoting serial 1462 of 03/03.

Anonymously given information is also welcomed by the independent Crimestoppers charity, either online or by calling 0800 555 111.
