Officers are concerned for the welfare of a man who is missing from Littlehampton, but also wanted for failing to attend court.
Police said the 32-year-old has not been seen since March 3.
He was due for trial Lewes Crown Court on 3 March, charged with causing death by dangerous driving, in relation to a fatal collision which occurred on the A27 near Arundel on 24 October 2018.
Damien is white, about 5’9”, tanned, of stocky build, bald, with a brown/ginger beard. He also has a nose ring and is heavily tattooed on his arms, chest, neck and head.
