Police have arrested a woman on suspicion of drugs offences after a man was taken to hospital critically ill in Brighton early this morning (Monday, 4). Officers were called to concern for the welfare of a man in Beaconsfield Road at 2am, and a 33-year-old man was found unconscious. According to police, he was taken to hospital, where he remains in a critical condition. A 27-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug. She remains in custody for questioning at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call 101, quoting reference number 70 of 04/05.
