A woman is due to appear in court today (Monday, 20), charged with burglary dwelling and theft after a car was stolen from a garage in Chichester. Police were called to a report of a house and garage being broken into in Lower Walls Walk around 9.45pm on Friday (April, 17), where the home owner's car and a bottle of wine had been reported stolen. Shortly after, officers spotted the stolen vehicle in a nearby street, East Walls, and a suspect in the area was arrested. Cidney Greenshields, 26, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary dwelling and theft, taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and driving without insurance. Police said she was remanded in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court.
