A woman in her late 50s has died after being struck by a car in Lancing this morning (Monday, 6). Emergency services were called at around 7.20am to a collision between a BMW and a pedestrian on the A259 at Beach Green, Brighton Road, at around 7.20am. The air ambulance was also deployed to the scene at 7.33am, and appears to have gone on to East Surrey Hospital. Anyone with information is asked to contact 101 quoting Operation Desk.
