
A woman out walking was seriously injured in a collision with a car next to a busy central Brighton road on Monday (August 10).
Emergency services were called to Grand Parade at 4.42pm where the collision involving a grey Ford Focus had taken place.
According to Sussex Police, the 25-year-old victim was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital with injuries to her leg, that were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to report online or call 101 quoting Operation Eastville.
