Two new outdoor gyms at Victoria Recreation Ground and Preston Park are already proving popular with Brighton and Hove residents since opening last month.
The equipment is designed to be easy to use, but for those wanting to make the most of their workout, help will be on hand at special events this Saturday (16 November).
Outdoor gym users can attend free information and advice sessions and celebrate the opening of the facilities.
The following demonstrations and advice sessions will be led by local fitness experts:
Preston Park outdoor gym, 12 noon to 1.30pm
Sessions will be led by instructors from Fight Klub, a local company offering high intensity fun workouts set to music - a combination of boxing, kick-boxing and dance.
Visitors can sign up on the day for one of three sessions at 12 noon, 12.30pm or 1pm.
Places will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Councillor Alan Robins, Cabinet member for sport and recreation, said:
“Providing opportunities for our residents to stay active and improve their health is a priority for us.
“Therefore, I’m delighted to see that these new outdoor gyms are now up and running.
"I’d like to thank those who took part in our consultation to help shape the designs and the local instructors who will be helping everyone make the most of the equipment at these free demonstrations.”
The outdoor gyms at Preston Park and Victoria Recreation Ground, which have been installed as part of the council’s play area renovation programme, are funded through developer contributions.
The aim is to offer a similar experience to working out in an indoor gym with equipment ranging from calisthenics units to exercise bikes.
Installed by Proludic, the two different designs were shaped following consultation with friends groups and residents. The equipment is aimed at young people and adults who are 1.4 metres or taller and is suitable for many residents with disabilities.
