An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery in Worthing where a woman out walking was punched and had a bank card and her ID stolen.
The 18-year-old woman was in Broadwater Green around 4.30pm on Monday (March 15) when a man approached her, demanding money.
When the victim said she had none, the suspect punched her and took her bank card and ID.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of robbery and has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.

"This incident took place at a busy time of day and we are confident that someone will have witnessed what happened.
